| The Sycamore Springs Homeowners Association was formed as a non-profit corporation in the State of Arizona on June 11, 1998. In summary, the purpose of the association is to provide for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of privately owned and common area property and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of all of the homeowners and/or current residents of Sycamore Springs.
The development is located in Pima County Arizona South of Sahuarita Road and approximately one mile West of Houghton Road. It is served by the Vail, Arizona post office (approximately 11 miles NE) and the Corona de Tucson Fire and Emergency Services Department (two miles to the East). There are two gated entrances: Sycamore Creek (East Gate) and Sycamore Springs (West Gate). Together, the development covers approximately 360 acres with a density of nearly one home per four acres.
